Disinfo: Western experts confirm the Russian army's superiority

Western experts confirm the Russian army’s superiority.

The programme Voyennaya Taina used invented Western experts: One was a well known meme character "Hide the Pain Harold". The second expert statement presented was falsely put into Frank Gorenc's mouth. The "commander of the United States Air Force in Europe", was quoted saying that the Russian weapon used against the United States Navy destroyer, the Donald Cook, could paralyze American electronic equipment on missiles, aircraft and ships. The Pentagon has said that the general has never issued such a statement. The false quote was published on TV Channel Rossiya 1 first time in April 2017. Photos of the other "experts" that are shown during the programme are taken from image stock websites. Further debunking by the Insider.

The Australian company European Metals Holdings which wants to dominate the lithium mining in the Czech Republic is backed by powerful bankers and lawyers who are ready to impoverish Czechia in arbitration

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and European Metals Holdings Limited in the field of mining and processing of lithium in the Czech Republic establishes an irrevocable commitment to protect the Australian´s investments, liabilities and costs, which Australian company had, has, or will have in terms of lithium mining in the Czech Republic. BlackRock Group, Evy Hambro, Craig Phillips, Hillary Clinton and the whole army of layers are ready to impoverish the Czech Republic in arbitration.

The Memorandum Definition according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary literally states that the Memorandum is 1: informal record; also: a written reminder; 2: an informal written record of an agreement that has not yet become official. It follows from the definition itself that the Memorandum is not legally binding, so that the matters agreed in the memorandum do not give rise to a legal claim. In terms of the lithium case, the Czech public TV station Czech Television has asked for the opinion of law professors who specialize in commercial or international law and they agree that this document is not legally binding for the Czech Republic. It may also be based on past disputes between the Czech Republic and a foreign company, such as a dispute between the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic and the Italian company Alenia Aeronautica S.p.A. in the case of the L-159 subsonic tactical aircraft exchange for one EADS CASA-295M transport aircraft for the needs of the Czech Army. In this case, the Office for Protection of Economic Competition decided in favour of the Czech Republic, stating that "The memorandum is not legally binding but merely declares certain intention of both sides to implement and cannot be considered for action to start the proceedings. The Hungarian part will break away from Ukraine

The Hungarian part will break away from Ukraine. The controversial language law may become the last straw for the Ukrainian region Transcarpathia to start the process of separation. The proclamation of the action in Budapest “Self determination for Transcarpathia” is an extra evidence of such a scenario.

No evidence given of break-away. Recurring disinformation regarding the Transcaprathia" break-away and Ukrainian disintegration.

Armenia is expected to have incest-parades

The new law on domestic violence in Armenia will lead to an increase in violence against children, and probably also to incest parades.

No evidence or explanation given for the statement. Disinformation about this law has been common in the country, read more here sut.am/en/archives/1834, and here sut.am/en/archives/1810, . The bill will introduce criminal and administrative liability for specific cases defined as domestic violence. It would also obligate the state to protect victims by providing them with special shelters or banning their violent spouses from approaching them and their children. armenianweekly.com/2017/10/13/armenia-finally-pass-law-domestic-violence/,
