This article combines two recurrent pro-Kremlin disinformation narratives: the narrative about the aggressive and dangerous nature of US and Western foreign policies, accused of pursuing a belligerent and hostile agenda towards Russia and China, threatening world peace and the claim that the US facing an imminent state collapse, disintegration or civil war.
There is no evidence, as the article suggests, that the Biden administration is preparing to go to war against China, Russia and Iran.
A priority of the Biden administration’s foreign policy, as outlined in the Democratic manifesto, is to re-establish diplomatic agreements that were abandoned during former President Donald Trump's America First foreign policy.

Moreover, there is no evidence that the US is heading for disintegration and civil war. Predictions about a disintegration of the US have been a common pro-Kremlin narrative since the fall of the Soviet Union.
