Wie wir Material sammeln
Bei der Auswahl achten wir auf Wissenschaftlichkeit und Seriosität, aber auch auf vielfältige Perspektiven und Interessen über den Wissenschaftsbereich hinaus. Wir haben Maßnahmen zur Qualitätskontrolle und die Materialauswahl basiert auf den unten genannten fünf Themenbereichen.
In diesem Bereich geht es um die Aktivitäten wichtiger Bedrohungsakteure, insbesondere Russland und China, sowie deren Ziele, Motive und Fähigkeiten.
In diesem Bereich geht es um die Methoden und Instrumente, die Bedrohungsakteure einsetzen, um Informationen zu manipulieren: soziale Medien, Narrative, neue Technologien usw.
Hier geht es um die soziopolitischen Bereiche, auf die die Bedrohungsakteure abzielen: sozialer Zusammenhalt, politische Prozesse, Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Außenpolitik.
Dieser Themenbereich befasst sich mit den Auswirkungen der Informationsmanipulation und Einflussnahme aus dem Ausland im Hinblick auf die Ergebnisse: kognitive Auswirkungen, gesellschaftliche und politische Spaltung, sanfte Machtprojektion usw.
In diesem Themenbereich werden die Arten der Reaktion auf Informationsmanipulation und Einflussnahme aus dem Ausland durch verschiedene Interessengruppen klassifiziert: behördliche, proaktive, selbstregulierende und reaktive Reaktionen sowie Politikempfehlungen.
